Buyer issues Non Transferable, Non Divisible Documentary Letter of Credit to replace LOU.7. Buyers Vessel sails to destination to discharge cargo. 8. Buyer pays the Sellerupon receipt of relevantshippingdocuments at Buyers Bank counter.
