Buyer sends to Seller ICPO + Soft Probe Authorization. 2. Seller sends Buyer FCO and DRAFT CONTRACT follows after the returning back of the FCO. 3. Buyer counter amended Draft Contract and Return to Seller. 4 Both Parties Endorses the Final Contract 5. Both Parties Lodges Copies of the Final Contract with their Respective Banks. 6. Buyers Bank sends Swift MT 999 to Sellers Bank Confirming to the Sellers Bank their readi-ness to Swift the MT103/23 to the Sellers Bank Upon receipt of Swift MT999 Confirmation from the Sellers Bank confirming the availability of the Proof of Product Documents in their Posses-sion. 7. Buyers Bank Swift the MT103/23 to the Sellers Bank. 9. Sellers Bank Swift the Proof of Product Documents to the Buyers Bank with the 2% Operative PB. 10. Shipment Commences as Scheduled in the Contract 1) Russian Seller has been specialized in manufacturing of Nitrogen Fertilizer (IFA Member) 2) TTM at seller's factory to sign contract before LC issuance.
