The questions to a seller are:1) Are you direct to the seller or are you the seller?2) Do you have any spot product in tanks, ready to go?3) Where can we take delivery FOB only?4) How much can you provide?5) What price? 6) Can we put the direct seller and buyer on the phone or skype to discuss.What we do is very simple. If we come to terms, we deliver an ICPO, FCO, we sign a contract, bank to bank directly for proof of funds, or issue a MT999, MT103/23, seller delivers sgs, and tank receipts, and a letter allowing us dip test authorization, if necessary. Once we verify the product, we wire the money within 18 business hours.
