The master batch should be compatible with the XLPE insulation material during process andduring the operation of finished cable.3.2.2. The color of insulated cable should remain fixed at the maximum operating temperature of theconductor.3.2.3. Master batch material should not affect any of the XLPE insulation properties 4. Packing and Marking:The master batch should be packed in suitable packages with a maximum weight of 25 kg. Thepackage should be sealed properly such that no moisture can be absorbed by the material. Packagesshould be packed in a way to avoid any kind of damage which may occur during transportation,handling and storage. With each package the supplier should submit a tag including the supplier name,production date, purchasing order number, Bag and batch number, master batch color, RAL No., netweight and gross weight.5. Acceptance Test:The following tests and checks are conducted as acceptance test:1. Appearance Checks.2. Processing report.3. Density.6.
