The form E is a FTA agreement needed for importer to declare to customs for exemption of tax. If you are a manufacturer in Chaina you are elegible to recieved this form. There must be available from one of Government body in your country. We are a manufacturer in Thailand our products are motocycle parts such as rims ,spoke&nipples,chains. We are now facing price competitiveness among producers in Mainland Chaina. Our standard department in Thailand has imposed a compusory standard on import cold roll strip steel, which is TIS2612. So when we import this steel we have to get the license. The procedure for getting this license is difficult because it take a test report and procedural approval taken by a Thai inspector travelling to your factory in Tianjin. So we are in need of a cheap steel and good quality of this SPCC-SD.
