The major advantages of the one step test device are that the result can be observed by visual and no additional material is needed.The sensitivity of 10糶/kg is acquired through reduplicating experiment on the sample containing 10糶/kg Tetracycline. SpecificityIt reveals positive when test Oxybicycline at 14糶/kg,and Chlorotetracycline at 16糶/kg.
