JP54 up to 10 Million bbls month, minimum Net less $11 or 10% D2 up to 2 Million MT month, minimum Net less $30 or 10% Procedure NOT negociable: 1- SCO by legal Mandate, offer hold for 48H minimum (NOT consider offers first come first served) 2- ICPO, no BCL, no TANK/Q88 prior to verifiable partial POP 3- FCO or contract 4- Contract amended if any and signed + NCNDA/IMFPA 5- Soft Probe 6- Seller sends partial POP or even portion of liftable qty if has fuel in tank (option a) a) TSR + SGS + DTA if has fuel in Tank b) Or full set documents to verify his allocation c) If credible refinery Buyer issues BCL direct to refinery prior to POF 7- If partial POP verification satisfactory, Buyer issues DLC pre-advice via MT799 as POF Buyer not issue MT103/23, but pays by MT103 after transfert title or evidence shipment documents 8- Seller sends Buyer FULL POP 9- Buyer issues non operative, non transferable RDLC after succesfull POP verification 10- Seller issues operative P.B 2% to activate instrument 11- Delivery commences Please dont contact and say you have fuel or good prices or SCO, otherwise we report you on this Web as SCAM.
