Cooling Tower: Total load 3 million k cal/s which more or less corresponds to 1000 refrigerating ton. you can consider a pre-assembled cooling tower consisting of 2 ot 3 modules. Requirements:1 cooling tower with 1000 on cooling capacity 3 pumps with 130 - 140 m3/h flow rate and 35m head delivering the cooling tower to all users and back to cooling tower, except the evaporator. 2 pumps with 130 - 140 m3/h flow rate and 35m head back to cooling tower from evaporator. 1 basin supporting the cooling tower, same base area of the cooling tower, 3 m deep Control Panel.Chiller:The total load of the chiller is about 30,000k cal/h otr 10 ton and you can consider:1 air cooled chiller with 10 ton cooling capacity and one chilled water delivery pump 6m 3/h flow rate and 35 m head. 2 pits 1.5 * 1.5 * 1.5m collecting return chilled water from vacuum pumps. Two plate heat exchanger for 3m 3/h and water from vacuum pumps. Two temperature control units. Control panel.Awaiting for your immediate response and qoutation from relaible suppliers.
