We are looking to have some type of sleeve packaging solution printed for ice cream sandwiches. Right now we use clear stock sleeves (compostable) and a label that they manually stick on and are interested in finding a way to get a sleeve or bag printed that we can heat seal ourselves (we have a machine already)The diameter of the sandwich is just under 3" and the height is about 1-1/4". The bags need to be food safe (obviously) and capable of withstanding -30 degrees F. - Ideally compostable if possible, but let me know if this is an additional cost. The client have an impulse sealer to seal the ends manually. Maybe something 4" in diameter might work, but we should probably get a sample before we commit on a size. Are there spces in terms of printing options, etc as well?
