公司：Electronics Wafer Chips 国家：follow 联系人：follow 地址： 详细内容 We need a quqntity of 12,000 volt diodes at say 50 amps to give 500 amps pulse current, using 3 x( 7x7mm) PN chips rated @ 4,000 volts or higher should do the job with plastic encapsulation similiar to a microwave oven diode type HV05-12KV but ten times larger, making the package 13x13mm square by 30mm long?. can you package these devices for us? if so please quote in lots of 10 and 100 pcs complete. These diodes are used only under 8msec 15 hz pulse conditions only so temperature should not be a problem as they will be heat sinked.
