Approximate Range - $1400.00 - $1600.00 Per Carat Procedures: 1. Seller issues Manifest, Prices and Procedures on Sellers letterhead 2. Buyer confirms their acceptance to the manifest and price 3. Conference call between seller and buyer for introduction. 3. Seller issues contract for signature by both parties 4. Contract signed 5. Kimberley cert., SKR, cert of origin, and other form of POP provided to Buyer. 6. Buyer proves their funds to sellers bank via Bank Officer to Bank Officer or by BCL. 7. Seller ships to Buyers designated safe secure location in New York or Miami via Brinks and then arrange table top meeting to purchase stones. Upon satisfaction of product and final inspection and acceptance according to the manifest (+/- 5%), after which Seller releases the title to Buyers bank officer and after receipt of the title the Buyers bank officer will immediately send the full payment to the Sellers account by U.S. Fed Wire or SWIFT. Upon receipt of confirmation of the Fed Wire or SWIFT from Buyers bank, Seller will instruct the secure entity (Malca-Amit, Brinks or any other security principal) to release the product to the Buyer.
