We specialize in intersectoral B2C E-Commerce. At the moment we are planning on developing a sling alarm with a combination lock. Therefore we are looking for a company that can create and produce the above mentioned product.We are looking fort he following services:1 Creation of a sling alarm combination lock with an acoustical and visible alarm. The alarm needs to go off when the sling gets cut through. Drawings of the product and an exact description of how this sling lock should function we will provide as well as the production design. The sling and the body must be waterproofed and 100% outdoor suitable. Also their must be a red lamp that goes on once the the alarm is set. Very important once u entered the pin to the combination lock the alarm must turn off. Once u put the sling into the lock and the pin has been changed the alarm must be set. Our targetprice for the development and the manufacturing of 3 prototypes is 1000 USD.2 Production of a field test series of 200 units including shipment to Berlin GermanyNo targetprice, we are awaiting your offers.3. Serial production of 2000 units per quarter. No targetprice, we are awaiting your offers.Necessary features of the product:- Sling lenght 100 cm- Sling must be waterproofed- Sling must roll back in when you push a button- Body of the sling alarm combination lock must be also waterproofed so if it would fall into a puddle it would still function.- The battery part of the sling alarm lock must be also alarm secured- The pin of the combination lock must be changable - The volume of the alarm cannot be louder than 105 db (A) and only 30 seconds long and then it must pause for 5 seconds and start again but end once pin is entered!- It must survive a fall of 2 meters.- Large buttons- If possible a little lamp that provides light when you push a button and shines on the combination lock - The alarm must go off when: the sling gets cut, breaking the body or opening the battery part.- A red LED light must turn on once the alarm has been set- A signal tone must appear once the alarm is set so that the owner knows the alarm is set- Once the alarm is set the battery capacity must be running low, so that the batteries do not have to be changed frequently- The power supply should be 2 normal batteries (AA series with 1,5 V Mignon) - The alarm must ONLY go off when the sling alarm lock has been locked by the owner and it must TURN off once the pin to the combination lock has been entered.We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
