Have you ever bought all of that for less money than it would cost to take your family to a 4 star restaraunt? I have and I continue to do so almost daily. Wouldn't you like to have a portfolio that is worth $600k or $700k inproperties that you paid $0.10 to $0.20 on the dollar to own. I have apartment complexes of 100 units or more. I have triplex, quads, AssistedLiving Facilities, Strip malls,Shopping Centers, High rise office buildings, condos, time shares, and any other dwelling either commercial or residential that you can imagine. These properties are Ocean front, Ocean View, river, desert, mountain, valley, North South East and West. and everyone of them is ripe for picking. Let me give you an example of what my Tuesday this week was like. Some of the names and details have been changed to protect the innocent. I received a call from a fellow wrangler. He said Paul I have one for you if you are ready. I am always ready! I have a place that isvalued at$200, it is occupied and they want to stay, No repairs needed, no encumberances. The bank wants $81 for it. It won't be officially available until 3:00 est but it will go fast. I know what you are thinking..... this is a no brainer, valued at 200 asking 81, 60 day turn over and 119 profit. Man that is sweet. The part I changed was that it isn't thousands, it's actually millions and it was a high rise in Mannhatten, at 7;00 pm I had all of the money secured in cash transfers to take place at 8:00am. I actually offered $83,000,000 in order to sweeten the deal and stay ahead of any competition. At 8:30am I had to call everyone that put money in to get the deal done and tell them that an offer was accepted at 4:40 pm. That is how fast things happen sometimes. There will be other big deals come my way in a couple of days or hours. Wouldn't you like to be one of the few that can say; Tuesday was a good day. I made 22.2 million before lunch. Those type of situations happen far less frequently that I would like, so I still have to work dilligently with the mere mortals. I am teasing of coarse.. this isn't work it is a rush like no other. Your probably thinking that this is great but reality is that I have some money to invest but not like that. Well welcome home folks, I don't either I am just a guy that has been blessed with a great family that was fortunate enough to pay attention when some old time investors with dusty money told me where the end of the rainbow is. And that is exactly how I look at this whole real estate wrangling stuff. It is my pot of gold and there is more then enough to go around. So lets learn what us financially mortal people need to do to get our share. I want to tell you somethingand I want you to believe it to be the gospel truth. It DOES NOT matter how much money you have, your net worth is of no concern to me. The way that we are going to make money together is by your ability to borrow. When we approach the bank to buy 25 properties all we are going to do is hand them a file that has all of the letters from each persons lending institution They will look at that, toss some numbers around and speak some banker banter and then they say Yes or no. I get alot more yes.than I do No. Then we can sit on properties that are rented for the cash flow and expected appreciation, we can sell to tenants owner finance, sell to other investors, we can trade, swap, bargain or how ever you want to do it. Then we split the profits and do it all over again tomorrow. I am good at what I do. I don't have enough money to do all the deals that I want by myself, and I really love to help other people improve their position in life and not have to struggle so hard. I can work with a group I can work individually, I can use your money and you act as a silent partner. I am always open to new ideas, and always willing to learn something. I cannot promise you that you will get rich in 3 days, I can't promise you that everything we touch will turn to gold. I can promise you that I will treat you with the utmost respect and will work hard for every person that chooses to work with me, without consideration of wealth, age, sex, religion or race.
