In this connection we kindly request you to answer the following questions:1.Certificate of OriginDoes your Company provide with Certificate of origin of the goods? If yes, what is the country of origin? The countries of origin like Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong are not acceptable for us. 2.Export declaration. Is it possible to receive from your Company the export declaration for confirmation of price level of goods in invoice for the Customs of Uzbekistan?3.Minimum quantity of order. Besides containers shipment we would like to have possibility to ship by small lots (pallets). Could your Company arrange delivery of your products by such way?4.Consolidation of cargo. We would like to have possibility to consolidate our cargo. Is it acceptable for your Company to send our order to stock of our forwarder? 5.Possible point of shipment. Could your Company ship the goods to consolidation stocks of our forwarders in Europe (Germany), China (or Hong Kong) and OAE (Dubai)? 6.Shipping documents.Is there possibility to ship the cargo with our shipping documents (invoice, packing lists)?7.Warranty support.What warranty's policy does your Company realize (RMA (Return Material Authorization) or something else)? We mean scheme of exchange of defected goods or spare parts.8.Special program for retail. Has you Company special program for promotion of your products through retail network? Could your Company offer your brand desk, trade equipment for retail? 9.Demo - samples.Is it possible to receive piece samples of your products in the broad assortment for noncommercial purpose in effort to do monitoring of the buyers interest? What are conditions of it?10.Promotional materials Does your Company provide with promotional materials (catalogs, booklets, advertising banners, flyers), including in Russian?11.Promotional budget Does your company allocate promotion budget? What principles the budget is formed on? 12.Credit lineIs there possibility to provide with commodity credit line? Necessity of credit line is caused by difficulties of the local currency's conversion and connected with this long period of goods turnover in Uzbekistan. 13.Exclusive character of cooperationOur company is interested in cooperation on the basis of exclusive agreement whereas promotion of new brand in local market is connected with additional efforts from our side.
