Therefore the purchase price for the cargo vessel shall be reasonable or whatever better price [SELLER] is able to extend to M/S Trade Sunny International.3. In order to secure timely delivery of the cargo vessel M/S Trade Sunny International will not produce any down payment thus we bind to the terms mentioned in the agreement. 4. In order to possess the ownership of the cargo vessel under operation, M/S Trade Sunny International will complete the payment within 5 years period specified in the agreement.
