Dimensions: Length- 60m (around) Breadth-9.5m (around) Draft- 3.66m maximum at full load.3. Main Engine: 1 or 2 Engines & BHP (combined) should be around 1000.4. Speed: 10 knot minimum at full load.5. Cargo tank and pipeline: Minimum 6 no. of tanks of total capacity 1275cu.m. Must be capable of handling 3 grades of petroleum products without any admixture. Pumping and pipeline arrangement must be capable of offloading/unloading of2 grades of products simultaneously.6. Packed cargo space: 25-30cu.m. in forecastle store (preferable)7. Products to be handled: a) must be capacle of handling bulk cargo of HOBC, MS, NAPTHA, JP-1, SKO, HSD, JBO, FO and Condensate. b) packed cargo of LPG cylinders and packed products/lubricant drums, if required.8. Generator: 2 (two)9. Cargo/product pumps: a) 2 nos. cargo/product pumps having capacity of pumping minimum 200 tons of products per hour at minimum 5kg/cm.sq. pressure with backup facility of generators/motors etc. b) 1 (one) stripping pump having capacity of pumping 25tons per hour.10. Accommodation: Accommodation for two officials in Owner's cabin.11. Communication system: Must have VHF communication system.12. Night navigation: Must have night navigation capability.13. Operation capability: The vessel must be capable of (a) Bay crossing (b) plying through all major rivers.14. Special operational capacity: The vessel must be capable of plying through seawhen river draft falls below 3.00m and should have GPScommunication system.15.
