Our design has been approved by the collegiate licensing committee and will be college themed. We are marketing our first design for The University of Texas at Austin.We will need an innovative developer to construct a translucent orange (The University of Texas at Austin's School Color) tinted window to cover the white flashing LED's. We will need design of the "window" to cover the LED's to come in different colors as we market our footwear to all colleges across the United States.Right above the flashing LED's on the back of the heel we will need a twinkling orange and white crystal encrusted "bevo" (the school mascot).UPPER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS______________________________________________________________________________The thong upper will be constructed of soft dyed orange neoprene.
