I do not have a CAD drawing of the part. I do have a picture and a video that shows a homemade example of what I would like to have made. I will email the video upon request. (Please excuse the glue that holds it together in the video and the picture). It will be a 1/4" wood screw that is 1 1/2" long that then turns into a ring-shank nail that is also about 1 1/2" long. It will have a hex-head shaft and a flange in between the nail and screw. It needs to be one piece and made of steel that is ceramic coated to resist corrosion in ACQ treated wood. I will want to purchase between 10,000 and 100,000 of these to start with depending on the price.
