We are currently in the market place looking to buy a 6 head auomatic filling machine for the filling of 5-10-25-20-25 litre containers. The products we put into the containers are solvent base chemicals and flammable chemicals including Iso Propyl Alchol and xylene. This makes the selection criteria for the filling machine more difficult because the filling machine will have to be cetified for use in hazardous atmospheres Class 1 Zone 1 if made from electrical components. IEC certificates of conformity would suffice. We are looking to pack 18 000 to 20 000 litre per 6hour shift. the packing containers vairy in shape and size .Photos of the containers can be sent if required.
