公司：Melamine Hot Press 国家：follow 联系人：follow 地址： 详细内容 We are building a small melamine factory Where we would buy the MDF and the melamine impregnated paper We want to buy a hot press To produce melamine faced MDF Please include answer of these questions on your offer: 1- We need to press the size to be 4x8 2- We need to be able to form surfaces on the MDF such as attached photos 3- We need to know electricity consumption per each press 4- We need to know production capacity 8 hours shift? 5- We need to know if sources other than electricity are needed. 6- We need to know if we melamine both sides in one press... What is the price difference and production capacity difference? 7- We need to know how many people are needed to operate the press. 8- We need to know if you can provide a special an expert who can train our staff, knowing that the factory will be located in an African country? 9- We need to get the price including installation in that African country 10- How often do we need to change the plate after how many pressings it needs to be changed? 11- How much is the plate separately 12- How much is the plate that can press the attached shapes on the MDF 13- Can the machine press thin MDF without a problem like 2 or 2.5 or 3 mm MDF 14- What is the failure rate on pressing the thin MDF that occurs because of the press not of the MDF itself or the paper? 15- Since in the country where we plan to establish the project there is no melamine impregnated paper factories we will have o buy it from China do you know a good supplier (as far as color availability, quantity and quality) that can supply us with these papers, please recommend to us a few and give us there contact details so we can inquire from them about some specific technical details about the paper.
