Now we are planning to establish a steel complex in 3 phases as below: Phase 1, to produce 1 million tons bar and other sections, Phase 2, to produce 2 million tones billet, Phase 3, to produce 1.6 million tones DRI, Now for phase 1, we need one offer for a "Bar Mill" and another for "Section Mill" with following specifications: 1. Bar Mill Billet: 150*150*6000mm Steel grade: low and medium carbon Bar: 8 to 32 mm RH Furnace: natural gas, pusher type Rolling Mill: continuous, housing less, H/V Capacity: 350-500 KTPY Product Mix: 8 to 16 mm, around 70% 2. Section Mill Billet: 150 & 180 * 6000mm Steel grade: low and medium carbon I Beam, Channel: 100 to 300mm Angle: 80*80 to 140*140mm Product Mix: I Beam 120 to 180mm, around 70% Capacity: 350-500 KTPY Pure Production Time: 6000 Hrs/year, 3 Shifts/Day, 300 Days/Year for both lines.
