These liners will be fixed on a carbon steel venturi vane drg no. 3-61-300-00525 these liners will be coming in contact with mixture of Airplus Pulverised coalhaving ash (abrasive material) content of 40 percentage max. the Airplus Coal velocity will bearound 30 metre/second and the temperature will be around 90 degree centigrate.Notes:1. Necessary fixing arrangement, procedure and fixing material shall be supplied by thesupplier.2. Ceramic liner arrangement shown in the drg. is for 1 set 4 such sets are required permill.3. Size and shape of individual liner/set may be decided by the supplier.4. As per drg. 3-61-300-00515 complete assy. (plate fitted with ceramic liners) may begiven washers & nuts will be used for fitting the assembly on the other component.5. Small tiles as shown may be provided or one complete tile to this size may be givenwith proper fixing arrangement.Material:1. 90 percentage alumina2.
