APPLICATION This is being used to measure the differential pressure andtemperature at various location of pulverised fuel mixture(coal air mixture) in the coal pipe.3. MEDIA USED Pulveriser fuel mixture (coalplus air) size 50 to 100 microns,temperature 50degree centigrate 90degree centigrate and pressure 300 mmwc 500mmwc4. PITOT TUBECONSTANTOne5. MATERIAL Stainless steel.6. ACCESSORIES The following accessories shall be supplied along with Dirtyair pitot tube for conducting dirty air test.6.1 Digital Thermometer6.2 Digital Manometer6.3 Thermocouples with end connection suitable to Digitalthermometer6.4 Connecting hoses for Digital Manometer & pitot tube.6.5 Any other items which required to avoid the tube choking, toconnect manometer and digital thermometer.7. GUARANTEE Pitot tube should be guaranteed for 12 months time for troublefree operation or 18 months from the date of supply,whichever is earlier.8. PACKING Pitot tube shall be packed properly to avoid any damageduring transit and storage.9. ENCLOSURES 5 Copies of dimensional drawings and General arrangementdrawing along with 10 copies of O&M Instructions manualand installation manuals. Necessary Caliberation curves shallbe furnished.10. TECHNICALOFFERSupplier to submit details product brochure with Generalarrangement (GA) drawing.
