公司：Low Carbon Steel Tubes Cold Drawn 国家：follow 联系人：follow 地址： 详细内容 This specification governs the quality requirements of Low carbon steel tubes with helical integral fins used in heat-exchangers and condensers.3.0 CONDITION OF DELIVERY:The seamless tubes shall be cold drawn and supplied in the 'As finned' condition. Plain endsand lands of 'as finned' integral fins shall retain the temper of the material specification.Note: Integral finned tubes intended for U bends shall be supplied in the annealedtemper/spot annealed in the bent are prior to bending. For coiling or other severefabrication, finned tubes shall be supplied in Soft Dead' condition or as per BHEL order.4.0 COMPLIANCE WITH NATIONAL STANDARDS:Seamless tubes shall comply with the requirements of the following National standards andalso meet the requirements of this specification:ASME SA 179M (Code 2001) : Specification Seamless Cold Drawn Low CarbonSteel Heat Exchanger And Condenser Tubes5.0 DIMENSIONS AND TOLERANCES:5.1 Sizes.The tubes shall be supplied to the dimensions given in the drawing furnished with BHEL order.5.2 Tolerances:The tolerances of finned tubes shall be as per the drawing furnished with BHEL order.6.0 MANUFACTURE:The tubes shall be made by seamless process and shall be cold drawn.7.0 FREEDOM FROM DEFECTS:The material shall be of uniform quality consistent with good manufacture and inspection practices.The steel shall have no defects of a nature or degree, for the grade and quality ordered, that will bedetrimental to the stamping, forming, machining etc. or fabrication of finished parts.
