The cones would need to be of a height of 450mm and 350mm. A sample of the kind of specification is included below.MATERIALSThe following materials are to be used in the manufacture of the bollard:a. ConeThe cone is to be made of rubber or a plastic material coloured with fluorescent redpigment and sufficiently flexible to regain its original shape after distortion.b. SleeveThe sleeve is to be made from matt white flexible polyvinyl chloride 210 ± 10 μm inthickness.c.
