Our principle have major government contracts for the construction of roads and water canals in various parts of Pakistan. They have a regular requirement of bitumen 60/70 all year long. Usually they fulfill their requirements from local manufacturers, but this time they have been awarded big contracts for three years from the government. The local manufacturers are unable to fulfill the entire requirement as they are also committed to other government projects.
