And now we are inquirying the following prices according to the different specs: Commodity: Ordinary Portland Cement 42.5N Specification:DIN EN 197-1/2000, ASTM C 150 CEM I Origin: Germany, Ukraine or Brazil Quantity: 1,200,000mt (+/-5%) over 12 monthly shipments (100,000 MT per month) to St. Petersburgh, Russia Shipments: vessels -12,500/mt (+/-5%). Price: US$ CIF Payment: Payment shall be effected by a NON-Transferable Letter of Credit (or Transferable L/C) to Seller's bank from Buyer's bank and paid upon receipt of each monthly Bill of Lading. Performance Bond: 2.0% (Two Percent) of the value Initial Shipment: Within 30-45 days after the financial instrument is in place at Seller's bank.
