We need to supply about 7,000,000 DVDs for a big job in October 2008. We are seeking a reliable DVD manufacturer. Our client says it is most important that the manufacturer has obtained all the legal rights to use DVD technology - that is, has paid for licensing to Philips or Sony or DVD6 etc. We have a quote FOE (free on board) from elsewhere for US$ 0.17 per DVD but we would rather place our business in Taiwan.
