These batteries should be connected in series to give 4.10V maximum. The whole unit with solar panel, electronics and batteries should fit into a standard 'coke' plastic bottle. This should then light up 3 * 3.6V very powerful LEDs. The solar charger should not exceed 6.50 CM square in size. Should charge the above batteries with in 5 to 6 hours in full sun-light.
