地址： [hide]询盘[/hide]内容 Dear Sir, We have two very serious buyers for HMS 1&2, so can you please update your Soft Offer for the following volumes : Buyer 1 - We require a SOFT OFFER for: a) 12,500MT x 12 and 30,000MT x12 for Bangladesh b) 90,000MT x 12 for Pusan, Korea. Buyer抯 specific requirements: copy of a recent Bill of Lading (BL) (with names blanked out is fine, so no confidentiality issue.) Yard visit after Contract is signed and before buyer issues payment instrument. If you agree to the above, I will send you a NCND agreement by return. We will then send the signed NCND, by yourself and your seller, on to my buyer for his signature, with the SOFT OFFER. He will then issue either an ICPO, or LOI with BCL. Buyer 2 - We require a SOFT OFFER for: a) 30,000MT x12 for India Buyer抯 specific requirements: Confirmation of loading port and some Yard Photos If you agree to the above, I will put in place the same conditions as previously stated. This buyer will issue an LOI with BCL. I really do need your help in this matter to do these deals. Both buyers are very serious; both are prepared to commit to 12-month contracts, and all that they are requesting is a sign of good faith that your sellers are in active service.
