Price & Payment Product Catalog We are planning to set a milling factory in industrial area, soon enough we will send the engineer to prepare the map of the land. We are separating the managerial side from the technical one.please inform us with the factory plan, and how it should be established and designed.Furthermore, Our plan is to set a factory to produce flour from wheat. We need a complete set for the production line, we have not yet decided its production capacity, but its either 50-60 ton/24hour or even 100 ton/24hour .please make sure that its standers have the ISO(International Standers Organization),because the Israeli requirements are very strict. The offer should include the spare parts needed for two years, including additional spare parts for solutions for the most common problems that happen during production. In the quotation that you will send, please also include two packers, one for 2-5kg and one for 50-60 kg sacks. Make sure that the quotation have all the specifications, and even send additional information additional to the quotation, if possible. In addition to the machine, we also need silos, in case you deal with them too, they should include most of the needed accessories, such as the fans, elevator and ventilation. we are intending to store around 600 tons of wheat, which should be stored in 3 silos(if you have a better suggestion, we will be glad to know it) and about 100 ton of flour, which should be stored in 2 silos as well.please send us a quotation with all its details and specification. Preferably, the quotation should include installation of the silos. In case you know about the wheat industry, then please strength our co-operation and knowledge by providing us with information about types of wheat and flour by sending me data attachments about this field. I know that it might seem weird to ask this, but I'm not shy to say that I'm new into this business and I want to make sure I know as much as I can about this field.
