公司：label`printing software and barcode inventory control 国家：follow 联系人：follow 地址： [hide]询盘[/hide]内容 software to control in and out inventory by a barcode reader, this software will have the capability of designing and printing the labels, like any shop printing software. when printing a barcode like 3 labels of it, this will input 3 items, on a location that will call store1. when selling this on store1 with the laser barcode reader, this will deduct this item, if they where sold, or return for warranty. so as a manager control of the software, i can print the barcodes as the quantity that i like, and this will produce a location or multiples locations of this barcodes items. so if i have 3 stores or more, i will print my barcode labels and send them to does stores, when producing this i will advice what store, or location or costumer. so on the other end, when selling a item this will deduct directly from this software on that location. this comunications from the store to the main administration can be done by sending the location and email, with a file so the administrator can load it on the main software and deduct the items, or a file to copy on a cd, or usb memory. the location must have a small part of the software that can manage in and out of the items with a bar code reader. the administrator software will have user name and password provide it by the owner of the software. this will control the quantity of labels to print. and it the administrator will run out of printing will contact the owner THE PROGRAM MUST RUN ON PC, MAC, AND SERVER, MUST HAVE A USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR PC ACCESS. ON THE SERVER, THIS MUST ACCEPT NO LIMIT ON THE USERS, AND NEED TO HAVE A USERNAME AND PASSWORD TO ACCESS, AND THE SOFTWARE ADMINSTRATOR, MUST DEFINE HOW MANY LABELS CAN PRINT THIS USER.WHEN THE USER THE COUNT DOWN IS ON CERO, THE ADMINISTRATOR CAN SEND HIM A NEW ACCESS CODE WITH A NEW QUANTITY, OR HE CAN ACCESS TO THE USER NAME ACCOUNT AND CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF LABELS. THE PROGRAM CAN PRINT, ON DOT MATRIX, INJET, LASER AND THERMAL PRINTERS. THE USER CAN DEFINE THE SIZE ON THE PAPER, AND THE SIZE OF THE LABELS, CAN SAVE THE FILE ON THE SERVER, OR IN THE COMPUTER THEY ARE USING. MUST BE FRIENDLY, AND CAN PREDESING, BAR CODES, SIZE SHAPES, LINES, TEXT, BOLD, NARROW, ITALIC, JUST LIKE A PUBLISHER, OR THE WORKS, COLORS, PICTURES, LOGOS, ON ANY EXTENSION, AND THE DATABASE CAN ACCEPT. FROM ANY EXTENCION. THE USER CAN DEFINE HOW MANY LINES HE NEED TO BE ON THE LABEL, AND EACH LINE, CAN BE CONSTANT OR DATABASE OR VARIABLE (THIS CAN BE TYPE WHEN PRINTING),CAN CHANGE THE FONT, PITCH, BOLD, NARROW,ITALIC ETC. COLOR. THIS PROGRAM WHEN IS INSTALL ON A PC, AND HAS INTERNET, INTERNALY MUST SEND A SCREEN SHOT TO THE ADMINISTRATOR, INFORMING, SIZE OF THE LABEL,SIZE OF THE PAPER, PRINTED ON LASER INJET OR DOT MATRIX AND COUNT DOWM REMAINING.
