TOTAL QUANTITY: 25,000 MT in 2 shipments of 12,500 MT each one TARGET PRICE: $340 to $360 CIF Oran Port or Ghazaouet, Algeria DESTINATION: Oran Port or Ghazaouet, Algeria DELIVERY LEAD TIME: 8 DAYS PAYMENT: Irrevocable, Confirmed L/C at Sight payable 100% for the total volume INSURANCE: By COFACE Insurance Company INSPECTION: By SGS COMMISSION: $3 for our group This is an URGENT REQUEST, therefore the buyer does NOT need Contract, but only a FCO along with PROFORMA INVOICE to take them to the bank on Monday, August 25, 2008 for the opening of the L/C. Please let me know the beneficiary's name of the L/C. This is very important like I said before that on Monday, August 25, 2008 the L/C will be opened. It is very important to meet the delivery lead time of 8 DAYS, otherwise the deal will be dead, therfore If you can guarantee that this deal will be successfully completed, then we will have an annual order for 150,000 MT Sugar Icumsa 45 that we can further discuss as soon as this one is completed. If you can meet the above range target price for the High Sea Sugar deal, then let me know to immediately send you LOI and NCNDA signed by the buyer and myself.
