We have been enable to close deals in this aspect both directly and indirectly. We hereby invite all capable and willing buyers of crude oil [JP54 and D2] to consult us for a smooth and hitch-free transaction. We also know that different buyers and sellers have their own procedures, we will arrange between that will suit both parties. We hope to work with any potential client soonest. Our Seller procedure Procedure: 1. Buyer send ICPO with full banking information to the seller 2. The Seller sends FCO to the buyer 3. Buyer signs and returns the FCO. 4. Upon acceptance of draft contract, Buyer and Seller executes the contract. 5. Buyer and Seller sign NCND and MFPA. 6. Buyer's and Seller's Banks communicate and agree on the final wording of DL/C. 7. Seller's bank notifies the Buyer's bank that they are ready to issue non-operative 2% PB to the buyer's bank. 8. The 2% PB will be placed in buyers bank account Should the seller fail to supply the cargo of the product, this 2% will be paid to the buyer and intermediaries accordingly as compensation. 9. Seller's bank issue non-operative 2% PB to the Buyer's bank . 10. Buyer's bank issue 100% irrevocable, transferable /Non- Transferable, revolving, DLC for each cargo shipment of monthly delivery activated 2% PB. 11. Seller's bank issue to buyers bank the proof of product (POP). 12. The SGS inspection charges will be borne by the seller. 13. Shipment commence as per contract. 14. Buyer releases payment to the Seller and all Brokers/Agents same time out-turn shipment delivered per slot via SWIFT fund transfer within 23 banking days after discharge of cargo and receipt of all the relevant shipping documents 15.
