COMMODITY Natural Cocoa Powder QUANTITY; 3,600 metric tons for 12 months ORIGIN; Ghana, West Africa QUALITY; Good quality PRICE; FOB BASIS ONLY per metric ton stowed SHIPMENT: 300 metric tons per month in 10 containers of 40FT.. DELIVERY TERMS; Two weeks to loading port, Free on Board (FOB) SHIPMENT TERMS: Within two weeks of receipt of Payment / letter of credit. . Partial shipment, partial payment accepted. SHIPMENT DATE/MONTH; from July 2008 through to June 2009 PACKING: Packed in 4 ply multi-wall paper bag lined with prolyethene .Net weight per bag is 25kg TONNAGE PER CONTAINER 13 Metric ton (520 bags) of natural cocoa powder can be loaded into a 20ft container. 26 metric ton ( 1040 bags) of natural cocoa powder can be loaded into a 40ft container. PAYMENT TERMS; Letter of Credit against following documents 2 Original commercial invoices 1. 3/3 On Board Bill of Lading marked freight collect 2. 1 Certificate of origin 3. 1 Phytosanitary certificates 4. 1 Original packing list showing Quantity loaded, Gross and Net weight 5.
