If you are capable of producing a FCO after receiving our LOI, please respond as soon as possible. Our target price is $360 to $380 a ton. PLEASE NOTE: Our buyer will ONLY do business with a seller who is willing to come to Shanghai to meet face to face to sign the contract after the LOI and FCO were exchanged and after we agreed on the contract terms.
