The terms and conditions are as below: - + 1) Terms of payment: By L/C at sight from an international renowned bank, irrevocable, non transferable, non revolving. 2) Quantity a) For Vietnam: Spot deal 30,000 MT b) For China: Spot deal 10,000 MT 3) Size to be cut a) For China 300mm per length b) For Vietnam 1.5 meter per length 4) Documents required for payment a) SGS report on quality and quantity b) Bill of Lading c) Invoices in duplicates 5) Prices on CIF AWSP Vietnam/China. 6) Seller to issue 2% PB (Performance Bond) to buyer by an international renowned bank to be activated upon receiving buyer L/C. 7) Yard visit is needed to proof stocks are available. 8) Delivery time to be stated. 9) Quantity per shipment: 30,000 MT - 5% + 0% so that easily to establish L/C. 10) Country of origin to be certified by Business Chamber of Commerce. 11) Special request a) Upon loading of goods allow buyer to witness. b) Buyer reserve the right to reconduct quality test by other testing institutions pay by buyer. 12) We do not send LOI and BCL and if your offer suit us we will sign the Purchase Contract and issue L/C to seller.
