DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS OF 4 inch X 50 feet FIRE HOSE AND ACCESSORIES : 4" inch Diameter, 50 feet length heavy duty light weight, yellow colour fire hose made from 100% high tenacity synthetic circular woven yarn,fitted with lock-up connectors (System-Storz) at both ends. The hose should be protected and locked-in by highly resistant synthetic nitrite rubber, forming a single homogeneous construction without the use of glues or adhesives of any type & suitable for minimum of 1000oF temperature applications (for minimum of 2 minutes) with lock up end connectors on both the ends. The tensile strength of the hose should be not less than 1500 PSI and the hose should hold burst test pressure of 600PSI The hose should be repairable for any Cover damage, small holes and punctures with Repair Kit and Vulcanizer & should hold test pressure of 600PSI after repairing.
