Please be advised that we have been invited to provide 10000 MT/month Bitumen 60/70 for one year based on FOB of any Port in Persian Gulf. The Bitumen 60/70 should be bulk. As soon as the consignment will be ready, the Customer will send his private ship for loading. The payment would be based on Cash Payment or T/T Remittance. Please kindly include 10 USD/MT as our commission. I would be most grateful if you could inform us whether you could provide us your Proforma Invoice by latest today 28th of September 2008.
