地址： [hide]询盘[/hide]内容 I have a buyer that wants a monthly contract of gold dust delivered to his refinery in Los Angeles USA.My buyer won't make any upfront payment or pay for shipping taxes etc.How my buyer wants to do this based on past bad experience is that he will issue a bank comfort letter for the trial sample then when seller rep comes with gold the hard copy contract can be signed then buyer will open a Bank guarantee(BG)or Letter of Credit (LC)in seller company name so seller can use it as collateral to fund shipment evry month ,he will only issue one of those after succesful delivery.To begin the buyer wants the seller to deliver CIF 1kg as a trial tranche and buyer pays after final assay buyer will take your 300 to 500 kg every month.If you can work with this procedure please send your FCO and feel free to contact me at Shawncr@btmcgroup.com. We are also interested in rough diamonds a small quantity to start of 4-5 stones buyer will give a bank comfort letter for 1st trial and then issue BG or SBLC upon succesful delivery as well as hard copy of the contract will be done there where buyer will open bank instrument for monthly supply.
