Product: Steam Coal 2. Specification (CONTRACTUAL) PARAMETER GUARANTEED REJECTION GCV (ADB) 5,500Kcal/kg <5300Kcal/kg Total Moisture (ARB) 36-38% >38% Inherent Moisture (ADB) 10-12% n/a Ash Content (ADB) 8-12% >12% Volatile Matter (ADB) 40-42% n/a Total Sulphur (ADB) 0.8-1.0% >1.0% Fixed Carbon (ADB) by difference n/a HGI Min.45 n/a Size 0-50 mm/50mm UP 85%/15% n/a 3.Price FOBT : USD.70.00 PMT. 4.Origin : South Kalimantan, Indonesia. 5.Loading Jetties : S.Danau/S.Puting/Kintap, South Kalimantan. 6.Loading Port : Taboneo (Anchorage), or Muara Satui, South Kalimantan. 7.Loading Rate : 6000MT PWWDSHINC 8.Distance Jetty-Port : 8-10 hours. 9.Contract Terms : TRIAL Shipment: 40,000MT(+/-10%). If successful, followed by 12(Twelve) shipments of 40,000MT (+/-10%). 10.Contract Volumes : 480,000MT (+/-10%). 11.Price Evaluation : Each shipment 12.Surveyor : SGS (GEOSERVICE). 13.Payment Term : A. Trial Shipment : 100% Irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed Sight L/C by Top 100 Prime Bank. B. 12 Consecutive Shipments: SBLC or Bank Guarantee, applicable for last shipment, AND 11 (eleven) shipments 100% Irrevocable, Revolving, Transferable, Divisible, Sight L/C by Top 100 Prime Bank. 14.Trial Shipment Delivery : within 30 days after L/C is received and confirmed. 15.Contract Shipment Delivery: within 30 days after revolving L/C is received. 17.Performance Bond (Trial Shipment only): Max.USD.50,000,-, issued within 5 (five) banking days after L/C is confirmed by Seller抯 bank. No BPB is required for contract shipment. 18.Procedurals: ?Seller issue Full Corporate Offer (this letter). ?If accepted, Buyer return this FCO by fax/email with authorized signature(s) and company stamp AND issue Irrevocable Confirmed Purchase Order (ICPO) on buyer抯 company letter head, where its original is scanned and emailed to Seller抯 email address. ?Seller forwards Draft Contract for Buyer抯 reviews prior to contract抯 approval and signing. ?Contract is signed. ?Within 3 (three) days after contract is signed, Buyer has an option to inspect site/mining at buyer抯 expense. ?Within 2 (two) days after satisfied site surveys, Buyer must issue L/C. ?Within 5 (five) banking days after L/C is confirmed by Seller抯 bank, Seller shall issue Performance Bond. ?Shipment commences.
