We are a french trading company specialized in the import of industrial and material products made in China. For a big customer we are looking for good offer on PVC resin powder. My customer is today using specific PVC material and they would like to use standard PVC material in powder The end application is food industry packaging. They make transparent film by calendering for food industry. I need then to find the right PVC qualified for food industry. It seems resin SG5 or SG6 should be OK. Could you confirm which resin is used for food industry ? The PVC dryblend should be transparent and brand new not recycled. The market is 3500 tons per year and we could get easily 1000 - 2000 tons so please quote for an average of 1500 tons per year , 50 tons by shipments In your offer please confirm - PVC grade used - price per ton for 50 tons shipment ( FOB China port) - brent petroleum price used and exchange rate CNY/USD. - lead time to get 500 Kg for approval ( we will pay for the 500 Kg and freight). - packaging : we neeed 25Kg bag or woven/jumbo bag of 500Kg / 1MT - how many kg can you put in one 40 " container ( 27 tons ?) We need to get an agressive quote as the brent is going down, we have 6% export tax + transportation costs and we need to be more aggressive than European prices in order to convince our customer to buy in China We need also an offer on PVC tubes.
