Client submits this Letter of Intent (LOI) / Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Client?s information Sheet. 2. Client?s bank will provide proof of funds. 3. Within three (3) international banking days thereafter, Provider signs, stamps and returns by fax or e-mail the LOI, which will become a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), with Provider?s full banking co-ordinates. Fax or e-mail copies of this LOI/RWA-CONTRACT - MOA will initiate the Transaction. 4. Provider will give the name of his bank that will provide the BG. 5. Client?s bank sends the proof of funds via SWIFT and indicates that upon the receipt of pre advice a conditional payment via SWIFT will be sent. 6. Provider?s bank will send pre advice. 7. Client?s bank will authenticate the pre advice and send conditional payment via MT 103 SWIFT. 8. Provider?s bank will send BG via SWIFT MT 760. 9. Client?s bank will send payment after validation and authentication of the BG sent through SWIFT MT 760.
