地址： [hide]询盘[/hide]内容 Hi, We are using one of your relays, the model in one of our Fellowes shredders products made in China (at our Fellowes Changzhou Manufacturing facility). We would like to keep using it, however, currently going through the UL process for that shredder, we are having some difficulties to find the information we need to obtain the approval. The laboratory tester that works on our shredder (at Nemko USA) is telling us we have a creepage distance issue inside the relay, and to resolve that, he is asking us for one of the following documents/elements: 1-Certificate (from certified laboratory) proving relay is sealed so that we can consider the inside of the relay as pollution degree 1. Our laboratory tester is asking preferably for the TUV EN 61810 report and attachments but if you have anything else officially proving that the inside of the relay can be considered Pollution Degree 1, that抎 be great! or 2-Certificate (from a certifed laboratory) showing the Material Group of the white plastic material used in your relay. Our Laboratory tester is looking for Material Group number 2 or better. or 3-Samples pieces (Qty.10) of white plastic material used in your relay, dimensions 20mmx20mmx3mm, so that our laboratory tester can test the Material Group of that plastic through a CTI test. or 4-If none of the above is available, an alternate relay to replace the 943-1C-12DS in our product. That alternate relay would have to have all the same electrical specs, but would have to have certificates proving the inside is pollution degree 1. Could you please let me know urgently today if you can provide me with one or some of the elements above so that I can forward them to our laboratory tester at Nemko USA, in order for us to get the UL Approval asap and be able to produce and ship our shredder using your 943 relay. thank-you sebastien labat senior project manager fellowes inc I want to receive: Product Spec .
