Our core business in Italy will be to supply supermarkets and grocery stores in Napoli and surrounding suburbs with smoked salmon. During the startup phase we plan to distribute only 350kg of sliced smokes salmon per week in order to test the market before the business will go full scale. Therefore we are currently contacting various companies to find a reliable supplier who can meet our demands. We need a steady and high quality supply on time.
