OR Shipping of all material to Shanghai Port.Please quote as per the format mention below. Please fill in all the columns (A & B) and mention 0(Zero) if not applicable.The swinging side is not confirmed. Please quote for doors which can be fitted for any swinging side.· If you can supply related Ironmongery, please quote for that also.Specifications for Doors Residential OnlyPlease follow American Standards or equivalent for specifications reference.A. Flush Main Doors: 45 mm thick; solid particleboard core construction. Refer to Door Schedule for Sizes.1. Door Construction: Core -- AWI section 1300 Type PC - HPDL-3, or equal.2. Flush Door Facing both sides:a. High pressure decorative laminate general purpose grade 50 (complying with NEMA standard LD-3) or equivalent.b. Apply faces prior to edges, ease all corners.c. Stiles and rails to be a close grained hardwood, bonded to the core.3. Adhesives, Face to Core/Frame: Type II - PVA or equivalent.4. Fabrication:a. Fabricate in accordance with AWI Quality Standards or equivalent.b. Provide blocking for hardware reinforcement.c. Factory machine for finish hardware.d. Factory pre-fit for installation.Door to take owner supplied ironmongery like Mortise lock, handle, hinge, bolt, door closer, rubber seal, etc...B. Flush Interior Doors (Bed Rooms, Kitchen, etc) : 40 mm thick; cross-banded solid particleboard core construction. Refer to Door Schedule for Sizes.1. Door Construction: Core - rated and unrated) - AWI section 1300 Type PC - HPDL-3, or equal.2. Flush Door Facing both sides:a. Hardboard 2.54 mm thick or medium density fiberboard cross-banding or equivalent.b. High pressure decorative laminate general purpose grade 50 ((complying with NEMA standard LD-3) or equivalent.c.
