We have inverted L four Calendering lines and on the top of the Calender we have installed a Granulator. In the Granulator we feed a continous strip of Heated PVC which is approximately 15 Cm wide and 2 Cms thick at a temperature approximately 1500C. The Granulator cuts this PVC strip into small granules of size, say 1 Cm x 1 Cm and drops it over the Calender Rollers. From these granules the sheet is processed on the Calender.We are searching for a new/secondhand machine of similar type. The capacity of the machine should be around 2000 to 4000 kgs per hour.
