The specifications we are looking for are:Input AC 100-240, 47-63 HzOutput: 109.5 VDC, 3 AmpsIt requires to recharge a 96 volts 3AH battery pack. The maximum voltage is 109.5 volts when fully charged.We require the charger to be sealed sot it must not use a fan. It could use an external an isolated heat sink if required.We require to have it UL, CSA (or CUL is ok), FCC CE certified or at least certifiable.It must also pass the interference limits for the Class B FCC requirements in the USA.The forecast is approx 1000-1500 pieces for the first year and between 4000 and 5000 the second yearWe are looking for a shape similar to your model above.Can you make such a charger?
